Everyone is just saying what they please, viewing what they dislike and what is bad as the same
They kick around things that they simply don’t like
Even though what is good is something only you yourself can say

Is someone that believes “if you can’t beat them, join them,” good, and one that doesn’t is bad?
If that’s so, then tell me your highness, is that how the world became so great?

I can’t think so. That’s a world I can’t admire.
Say that it’s impossible or it’s unreasonable. I’m going to do as I please.

I won’t give up! We’ll certainly make it
Leave behind people that ridicule, and don’t overlook yourself

Giving in to selfish and irresponsible words one by one is stupid
No matter what’s said, believe in yourself
No matter what’s said, go through it and carry on

People that swagger around without showing who they are and
sad people that have nothing to say about any dreams
No matter what they grumble on about, I don’t give a damn. I know.

More than someone else, you believing in yourself is
the single most important thing

People may sometimes hate you, that’s natural
But there is no way that nobody appreciates you
And even so, you’ve got to do it
I’ve still got much further to go

The battle doesn’t end, as long as we don’t run away
